to preparing for interviews, understanding the training process, and learning about our recruitment 
steps at Chicknes.

1. CV Tips
Purpose:
A professional and effective CV gives you a competitive edge during the interview stage. At 
Chicknes, the CV screening process is taken very seriously by our HR team.

Guidelines for Applicants:
Keep it concise — preferably within 1 page (especially for Freshers/Junior level applicants)
Highlight job-relevant skills and experience
Include accurate contact and location details
Use a well-formatted CV (PDF format is preferable)
Avoid spelling and grammatical mistakes (Use tools like Grammarly)

2. Interview Guide
Purpose:
At Chicknes, interviews generally take place in two phases – one via phone or video, and another 
via in-person or online meeting with the team.

Preparation Checklist:

Know the company well – Understand our mission, vision, and poultry-related services
Practice explaining your experience and key skills clearly
Be ready for common questions such as:
“Why do you want to work with us?”
“How do you handle stressful situations?”
Dress smartly, even for video calls
You can ask meaningful questions at the end, such as:
“What growth opportunities are available in this role?”

3. Training Info
Purpose:
To ensure all employees are fully equipped for their role, Chicknes offers tailored training 
programs for each position.

Training Structure:
Initial Orientation Program: Introduction to the company and products (1–3 days)
Product & Sales Training: Knowledge about poultry products and sales strategies (3–5 days)
Chicknes Pay Training: For finance or marketing teams, covering credit system usage and transaction 
handling (1–3 days)
Customer Interaction Training: Training on support systems, help desk, and reporting (3–5 days)

4. Chicknes Recruitment Process
Step-by-Step Process:

Application Submission: Create a profile and apply through jobs.chicknes.com
CV Screening: Our HR team shortlists candidates based on qualifications and relevance
Phone/Video Interview: Initial conversation for shortlisting
Face-to-Face/Online Interview: Conducted by the Team Leader or Department Head
Final Selection: Offer letter is sent to the selected candidates
Training & Joining: Candidate starts onboarding and training process
Estimated Timeline:The entire recruitment process is typically completed within 5–10 working days.
