Job Stages

1. Application Review
Explanation:
Your submitted application and resume (CV) are initially reviewed by our recruitment 
team. We ensure that your qualifications, experience, and skills match the requirements 
for the position.At this stage, irrelevant or incomplete applications are filtered out.

2. Primary Shortlist
Explanation:
Applications that meet our basic criteria are shortlisted for the next round.
This helps us confirm whether you are at least minimally eligible for the position.

3. Phone Interview
Explanation:
If shortlisted, you will receive a phone call for a brief initial interview.
This stage helps us assess your communication skills, interest in the role, and mental readiness.

4. Written Examination
Explanation:
For some positions, a written test is required to proceed with the hiring process.
This evaluates your problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and relevant technical skills.

5. Viva / Final Interview
Explanation:
Candidates who pass the written test are invited to attend a face-to-face or virtual viva (interview).
Here, you'll interact directly with the management or department heads. Your thoughts, personality,

and capacity to handle responsibilities are assessed.

6. Reference Check
Explanation:
At this stage, you may be asked to provide professional references or details of your previous employer.
Based on these references, we evaluate your work ethics, reliability, and past performance.

7. Onboarding Process
Explanation:
If you successfully pass the viva and reference check, you will receive a job offer.
This includes job terms, official procedures, and the employment contract. Once accepted, you officially

join the Chicknes Team.

8. Training Process (NEATP) – New Employee Adaptation & Training Program
Explanation:
All new recruits go through a specific training program known as NEATP (New Employee Adaptation & Training Program).
Through this program, you will learn about our company policies, software systems, responsibilities, and team structure.
