We operate Chicknes Poultry, an online marketplace and Chicknes Pay, a secure payment system offering short-term loans. Our goal is a fairer, more tech-focused poultry system across Bangladesh.

The Role:
We're looking for an Area Manager to lead and represent Divisions in a designated region. You'll drive operations, expand our market, manage local teams, build relationships and ensure our services, including Chicknes Pay and its loan facilities, are well-utilized.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and represent your division's operations in your assigned area.
Lead and develop local teams.
Drive market expansion and user acquisition (farmers, buyers, etc.).
Build strong local relationships.
Ensure quality standards and compliance.
Problem-solve and support users.
Report on performance and market trends.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10 year’s experience in area/regional management, preferably in agriculture, FMCG.
Strong leadership, communication (Bengali & English) and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local market dynamics.
Tech-savvy and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel.
